Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which involve time, effort, and resource allocation, all payments made are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Work Completed / Time Invested

Any fees associated with work that has already been completed, including planning, research, design, development, communication, and project management, are strictly non-refundable.

3. Partial Refunds

In cases where a project is terminated before completion, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion. Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting the value of work completed, resources utilized, and any third-party costs incurred.

4. No Refund Scenarios

• Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback
• Change of mind after project initiation
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences not aligned with the agreed scope
• Failure to review or approve milestones within a reasonable timeframe
• Services that have already been delivered or substantially completed

5. Upfront Payments

Advance or upfront payments are used to reserve time and resources for your project and are therefore non-refundable.

6. Third-Party Costs

Any costs incurred for third-party services, tools, software, plugins, or integrations (including services such as Google Analytics or platforms provided by Meta and Google) are non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us will be considered a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute such claims and provide evidence of work completed.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method, after deducting applicable charges.
